Tiletopia
Place and rotate tiles to build tidy little worlds. A calm spatial puzzle about fitting shapes together without gaps.
A panel at the bottom of the screen offers a few random tiles. Drag one onto the grid, rotate it first if you need to, and try to leave no awkward gaps behind. Complete the level’s objective and a new landscape opens up.
The pleasure is the same one Magic Sort trades in — watching disorder resolve into something clean — but the constraint is spatial rather than sequential. You are not asked to remember what goes where, only to see how the next shape fits.
The one real skill is resisting the easy placement. A tile that slots in neatly now can orphan a single-cell hole that nothing in the deck will ever fill. Leave your edges open and irregular for as long as you can; the tight fits come later, when your options are known.
Randomised tiles mean no two runs are the same, so it survives being replayed far longer than a fixed-level puzzle would.
