Sorting Puzzles

Satisdom

A collection of small tidying puzzles — sort by colour, square up boxes, match pairs. No timer, no score, no fail state.

Satisdom is less a game than a set of small, satisfying chores. One level asks you to sort shapes by colour. The next has you squaring up boxes on a shelf. The next is matching pairs, or arranging objects to a template. Then it starts again with something new.

There is no timer, no score and no way to lose. That sounds like it would be boring and somehow it is the opposite — removing the pressure is exactly what makes it work as something to do while you think about something else.

Why it belongs here. The sorting levels are Magic Sort in miniature: a jumbled set, a set of destinations, and a correct final state. They are easier, deliberately so. If Magic Sort’s hard levels have started to feel like work rather than rest, this is the palate cleanser.

Best played in short sessions. It is designed to be put down mid-level without any sense of loss.
