Remember: Train Your Brain
Memorise sequences of images and reproduce them in order. Short-term memory, tested properly and escalating fast.
A sequence of images appears, then disappears, and you reproduce it in order. The sequences lengthen until you fail.
This is the most genuinely testing game in the category because it does not reward strategy or care — only recall. Most people plateau around six or seven items, which is roughly where the research on short-term memory says they should.
The technique that raises the ceiling is chunking: group the sequence into pairs or triples and remember three groups rather than seven items. It feels artificial for the first few attempts and then stops feeling like anything.
Short rounds, immediate feedback, and a measurable sense of getting better — which is more than most brain-training games can honestly claim.
