Goose Match 3D
Sort and match 3D objects in threes. Cheerful, well made, and closer to a sorting game than most match-3s.
Objects are scattered in three dimensions and you collect them into a tray, matching in threes. Depth means items hide behind other items, so a full rotation before you commit is worth the seconds it costs.
It sits between matching and sorting: you are not clearing a grid so much as gradually resolving a heap into ordered sets, which is a recognisable feeling if you have spent time with Magic Sort.
The one habit that helps: clear the top layer deliberately rather than grabbing matches as you spot them. Every object you remove reveals what is underneath, and knowing the full contents of the pile early is worth more than a fast start.
Generous with undo and reshuffle, so it stays pleasant rather than punishing.
